FOH & Dispatch Management

  • Supervise the FOH dispatch team, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
  • Monitor online orders via POS and aggregator dashboards (Talabat, Jahez etc.).
  • Ensure food items are packed correctly, labeled, and dispatched on time.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to align preparation and dispatch times.
  • Manage rider collection points, ensuring minimum waiting time and smooth flow.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate dispatchers to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assign duties, manage daily roster, and monitor staff performance.
  • Provide guidance on handling delays, order changes, or delivery issues.

Quality & Customer Service

  • Double-check order accuracy before handover to riders.
  • Handle customer complaints related to late/missing/wrong orders via FOH.
  • Ensure a professional, organized, and hygienic FOH environment.

Inventory & Supplies

  • Monitor stock of packaging materials and FOH supplies.
  • Coordinate with store/inventory team for timely requisitions.
  • Minimize wastage and ensure proper usage of resources.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily FOH shift reports (dispatch times, order accuracy, delays).
  • Highlight operational issues to management with improvement suggestions.
  • Support in implementing new processes, menu launches, or delivery promotions.
