Job Description

Do you take pride in keeping people safe and protecting what matters most?
Join us as a Security Supervisor and lead our security team in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests, colleagues, and property.

What you'll do:

• Supervise daily security operations across the hotel
• Lead, guide, and train the security team to deliver consistent safety standards
• Monitor CCTV, patrol premises, and ensure access control procedures are followed
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
• Maintain accurate reports and security documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest and staff experiences
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel or corporate security, with supervisory exposure
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, first aid, and crisis management
• Ability to stay calm and act quickly under pressure
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• A Yes I Can attitude with a professional approach
