Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced
Bartender
to join our dynamic team at
Sumosan Bahrain
. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong understanding of classic and modern cocktails, and the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the restaurant's standards
• Recommend drinks and offer personalized service based on guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Ensure proper stock levels, and assist with inventory and ordering
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of glassware and equipment
• Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, creating a memorable bar experience
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum
  3 years of experience
  as a bartender in a high-end or fine dining restaurant, preferably with international exposure
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beverages
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
