Duties & Responsibilities:
With a primary responsibility of supporting the Water Recycling Head of Department, provide support to the team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficientlyMaintain and refine internal processes, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflowManage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasksManage, coordinate and arrange internal and external events that Water Recycling Department participate inAssist Water Recycling Department with marketing and promotional activitiesPlan and orchestrate work to ensure organizational goals are achieved and best practices are upheldManage professional and personal scheduling for the Water Recycling Head of Department, including travel arrangements, client management and other company logisticsCoordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of informationPerform administrative and office support, including word processing, maintenance of filing systemMaintain contact database of consultant, contractor and suppliers Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the businessManage and coordinate training and leave applications/database for Water Recycling department, keeping Head of Department up to date with latest leave planning.Qualification & Requirements:
3+ years' experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior managementProficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systemsFlexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; Adaptable and enjoys a challengeAbility to keep company confidencesAvailability on evenings and weekends at the Head of Department's discretion Experience overseeing budgets and expensesExperience developing internal processes and filing systemsSuperb written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to organize and coordinate multiple projects at onceFluent in English and Arabic
