Sales Associate

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing professional advice on electrical appliances, home products, and to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. The role also includes maintaining proper product displays, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their needs accurately.
• Provide detailed explanations of products, features, and usage methods.
• Recommend suitable products according to customer preferences and budgets.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate billing records.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Participate in regular stocktaking and update pricing and promotional displays.
• Stay up to date with new products and product developments in the market.
• Follow company policies and customer service procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales of home appliances, home products.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of modern technology and smart devices.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
