Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Person to join our team, specializing in the sales of automotive lubricants, batteries, and car care products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive product sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a range of automotive products including lubricants, batteries, and car care products to new and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrate product features to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and product orders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales of automotive lubricants, batteries, or related products (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of automotive maintenance products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical background or training in automotive/mechanical fields is an advantage.
• Multilingual abilities (if applicable to your region) are a plus.
