Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manama for a Quality Management Specialist. The responsibilities include planning and implementing quality assurance processes, overseeing quality control procedures, conducting quality assessments, and providing recommendations for improvements. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, preparing quality reports, and collaborating with teams to establish efficient quality management practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Quality Management, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance practices
  • Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Proficient Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Prior experience in a Quality Management role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or equivalent
