Job Description:

Al Salam Group is looking for a Customer Value Management (CVM) Specialist
to drive customer engagement and maximize lifetime value through data-driven insights and personalized campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer base using
    RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary)
    segmentation.
  • Design and execute
    retargeting, upsell, and cross-sell
    campaigns.
  • Increase the contribution of
    digital channels
    to overall sales.
  • Monitor and optimize
    campaign performance
    based on KPIs.
  • Use
    AI tools and CRM systems
    to automate personalized communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Objectives:

  • Increase customer purchase frequency from
    2x to 3x per year
    .
  • Raise the
    average order value
    from
    BHD 130 to BHD 150
    .
  • Grow digital sales to
    25% of total revenue
    .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics
    .
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    CVM, CRM, or customer data marketing
    .
  • Proficiency with
    Excel, CRM systems, Power BI, or similar tools
    .
  • Strong analytical, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with
    AI-powered tools
    and
    marketing automation
    is a plus.
