Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef located in Manama. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing and creating high-quality sushi dishes, ensuring proper hygiene and food safety practices, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The role also involves selecting and handling seafood, applying advanced culinary skills, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety practices
  • Experienced in handling and preparing Seafood
  • Skilled in traditional and modern Cooking techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
