AI Onboarding Specialist

As the first point of contact in their journey, you'll guide users through account setup, help them build effective automation workflows, and ensure a smooth transition into AI-powered operations. • Lead new clients through onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption

• Configure accounts, connect messaging channels, and set up core automation flows

• Translate business needs into clear, structured AI workflows

• Provide training and product guidance to help clients become confident users

• Troubleshoot setup issues and collaborate with Product & Support teams when needed

• Create onboarding documentation, checklists, and best-practice guides

• Monitor early client activity to ensure successful activation and quick value delivery

• Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion during onboarding

• Maintain clear communication and accurate progress tracking for each account

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or technical support

• Ability to simplify complex technology into clear steps and explanations

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable configuring accounts, workflows, and integrations

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot setup issues

• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)

• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment

• Ability to understand business logic and translate it into automation workflows

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new AI and automation tools quickly
