Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs Clearance Coordinator based in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Customs Clearance coordinator will be responsible for
Preparing and processing all necessary documentation for customs clearance for our group companies and for all other clients requiring our customs clearance service for their import and export shipments.
Liaising with shipping lines, port authorities, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations, Monitoring shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery, Maintain accurate records and files of all customs-related documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or high school
  • Freshers or interns are open to apply.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Clear accent in coordinating with shipping lines, clients, and relevant authorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Must possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of HS codes and customs systems will be considered an advantage.
