Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QHSE Officer, located in Muharraq Governorate, Bahrain. The QHSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing occupational health practices, and monitoring environmental health and safety standards. The role includes conducting workplace risk assessments, developing safety protocols, and providing training to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Collaboration with various teams to maintain safety documentation and handle incident investigations is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Health & Safety and Workplace Safety standards
• Knowledge and experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health practices
• Certification in NEBOSH or similar health and safety qualifications
• Attention to detail and ability to perform risk assessments and ensure compliance
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide workplace safety training
• Proven ability to maintain safety documentation and conduct incident investigations
• Knowledge of local workplace safety and environmental regulations is advantageous
