Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a LEED Engineer v.4.1 located in Manama. The LEED Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing sustainable design principles and practices in construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting energy and sustainability assessments, ensuring compliance with LEED standards, coordinating with project teams, and preparing necessary documentation for LEED certification. The LEED Engineer will also work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure that all sustainability goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in conducting energy and sustainability assessments.
• Familiarity with LEED standards and certification processes.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainability initiatives in construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• LEED AP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
