We are looking for a confident All-Rounder Beautician who can deliver a variety of beauty services to a high standard and contribute to the overall client journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a range of beauty treatments, such as:
    • Brows & lashes (tinting, shaping, lash lifts, brow lamination)
    • Waxing (full body, face, underarms, bikini, etc.)
    • Manicures & pedicures
    • Facials (optional, depending on skillset)
    • Massage (optional, depending on skillset)
  • Carry out thorough consultations to ensure safe and suitable treatment choices.
  • Deliver a luxury service experience where clients feel comfortable, cared for and well looked after.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, tools and equipment to Tara Rose hygiene standards.
  • Assist with retail recommendations, aftercare advice and product use.
  • Manage time effectively during back-to-back appointments.
  • Prepare rooms and treatment areas before each client.
  • Support the wider team when needed to ensure smooth salon operations.
  • Stay updated on techniques, beauty trends and product knowledge relevant to all-round beauty services.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist.
  • Confident in multiple areas: waxing, brows, lashes, nails, and general beauty services.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and consistency.
  • Professional appearance and a warm, approachable personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of treatment safety and hygiene.
  • Team-oriented, positive and proactive.
