Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities on high-rise building projects.
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and subcontractors to align construction works.
  • Monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring progress is aligned with project timelines.
  • Implement and maintain quality control and safety procedures on-site.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, resource planning, and progress tracking.
  • Verify material submittals and coordinate timely procurement and delivery of construction materials.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site and liaise with relevant departments for timely solutions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in civil engineering roles, with strong exposure to high-rise building projects.
  • Solid understanding of structural and architectural works, site execution, and construction sequencing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office tools.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
