Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Manama. The Supervisor will oversee daily team operations to ensure goals and objectives are met effectively. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing guidance or assistance as needed, optimizing work processes, enforcing compliance with banking regulations, and ensuring excellence in customer service. The candidate will also be responsible for reporting to management and driving initiatives that align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to coach, guide, and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills for overseeing work processes and ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Shari'a-compliant banking products and Islamic finance principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing operational challenges and developing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, management, and clients effectively.
  • Experience in the financial sector, preferably in Islamic banking, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
