Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing customer vehicles, organizing and planning resources for efficient job completion, and ensuring that all components are properly fitted according to Original Equipment Manufacturer guidelines. You will also conduct test drives to diagnose malfunctions, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and follow all quality standards, processes, and safety policies. Additionally, you will provide regular progress reports and adhere to environmental, health, safety, and quality regulations. Required Qualifications & Experience
We at EK Kanoo, we are looking for a skilled Diagnostic Technician with 2–4 years of experience or a combination of education and experience, along with a high school or secondary school certificate. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues efficiently, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring all vehicles meet the highest quality and safety standards. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of automotive systems are essential to delivering exceptional service and maintaining smooth workshop operations.
