Role Description

This full-time role is for a Senior Site Engineer at The Blue Square, located on-site in Bahrain. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring quality control, managing structural engineering tasks, and collaborating with civil engineers. The position includes coordinating with project teams, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring projects are completed within the specified timelines and budget.

Qualifications

  • On-site management experience and the ability to oversee construction activities
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and coordination
  • Proficiency in quality control processes to ensure project standards are met
  • Expertise in structural engineering and knowledge of civil engineering principles
  • Experience in project management and the ability to work within deadlines
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
  • Must have Valid driving license
