Maintenance Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

To ensure minimal downtime and breakdown of the machineries at all times and ensuring machine availability for production to meet the order books.

Report cost of maintenance/machine per month or details to update in Service Management Software.

To schedule the overhaul plan for each machine indicating the defects checklist with a drafted corrective action to be taken and submit the final report yearly.

To identify, implement and follow-up fixed, power consumption and variable cost reduction initiatives to achieve and exceed an annual 5% Total Cost Productivity (TCP).

In liaison with the Development Engineer, to ensure and suggest that area required for preparation of new machine installation and commissioning for electricity, compresses air etc.

To liaise with Purchase and Store Departments for maintaining minimum/maximum levels of critical spares and make available the list of critical parts for new machines and maintain the stock for the same.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or any related field

Male, BAHRAINI ONLY

2-3 years experience in Manufacturing Industry

Must have experience as Supervisor/Team Leader/In-charge in Maintenance Department
