Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and innovative
Senior Creative Director
with expertise in both static and motion design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling graphics and animations across various digital and print platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and brand storytelling to enhance audience engagement and effectively communicate our brand message.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development:
    Create visually appealing graphics and motion designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, infographics, and advertisements.
  • Animation & Motion Graphics:
    Develop dynamic and engaging animations, GIFs, and short-form videos for digital campaigns and multimedia projects.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to deliver high-quality visuals that align with project goals and brand identity.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and creative approach.
  • Image Editing & Enhancement:
    Edit and retouch images and videos as necessary for use in projects.
  • Trend Awareness:
    Stay up-to-date with design, animation, and industry trends to integrate the latest creative approaches into our visuals.
  • Project Management:
    Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field
    (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a
    Graphic Designer and Motion Designer
    , with a strong portfolio showcasing static and animated design work.
  • Proficiency in design and animation tools
    , including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    layout, typography, color theory, and motion design principles
    .
  • Experience in creating
    interactive and animated content
    for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with
    UI/UX design principles
    and web design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Strong
    organizational and time-management skills
    , with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience (7 years at least) with
    Adobe Creative Suite

(e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere).
- Understanding video production, editing, and sound design is a plus.
- Experience with
3D design and animation software
(e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) is a plus.
- Knowledge of
HTML, CSS, and web animations
is advantageous.
- Ability to
adapt to emerging technologies

(e.g., AI, Automation)
and integrate them into creative workflows.
