About the Role
We're an ambitious marketing agency evolving from media buying into full-scale creative production.
We're looking for a
Head of Creative
who's both a visionary and a doer — someone who can
create high-impact content
,
lead a creative team
, and
manage external creative partners
.
You'll be the founding member of our creative department — defining our creative standards, producing world-class content, and coordinating with external agencies to ensure creative excellence across all clients
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership & Direction
- Define the agency's creative philosophy, tone, and aesthetic direction.
- Lead ideation, concept development, and storytelling for client campaigns.
- Collaborate with the media and strategy teams to ensure creative aligns with business objectives.
- Set and maintain high-quality creative standards across all deliverables.
Hands-On Execution
- Design, direct, and produce visual assets for campaigns (social, digital, video).
- Develop storyboards, layouts, and scripts.
- Oversee — and when needed, personally contribute to — design and video production.
- Ensure all content is engaging, platform-optimized, and performance-driven.
External Agency Liaison
- Act as the
primary point of contact
between our agency and outsourced creative partners. - Manage relationships with external creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers.
- Share briefs, requirements, insights, and strategic direction with these partners.
- Review and provide clear, constructive feedback on all external creative work.
- Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines are met.
- Align creative agencies with our media performance data and marketing strategy.
Team Building & Mentorship
- Build and mentor an internal creative team (designers, copywriters, videographers, etc.).
- Establish efficient workflows between creative, strategy, and account management.
- Create templates, guidelines, and processes for consistent output.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate closely with account managers to present creative work to clients.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and campaign decks with innovative ideas.
- Stay ahead of content and platform trends to keep output fresh and effective.
Who You Are
- 6–10+ years in a creative or art direction role (agency or brand).
- Strong hands-on design and/or video editing skills.
- Experienced in managing external agencies and creative partners.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, performance marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, feedback, and presentation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable leading multiple creative streams at once.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — can build from scratch and lead by example.

- Smooth coordination between our agency and external creative partners.
- Improved creative quality and campaign consistency across all clients.
- Development of a strong in-house creative portfolio within 3–6 months.
- Clear internal workflows and collaboration between creative, media, and strategy teams.
- Increased efficiency and faster turnaround times for creative requests.
