Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Riffa. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. The role involves maintaining communication with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring that all purchasing activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing
  • Experience in handling Purchase Orders
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Understanding of Procurement procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
