We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Aluminium Division. The role involves full responsibility for estimation, sales, project execution, factory operations, and profit & loss management. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, business acumen, and proven leadership capabilities to drive growth, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage Aluminium fabrication, installation, and project execution activities.
  2. Oversee estimation, tendering, and sales functions to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
  3. Manage factory operations, including production planning, manpower deployment and resource optimization to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  4. Should have thorough knowledge in material procurement and experience in rate analysis.
  5. Control project budgets, monitor division financial performance, and ensure profitability.
  6. Maintain strong client, consultant, and supplier relationships to secure new business.
  7. Lead, motivate, and develop engineering and production teams for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / related discipline).
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Aluminium and Glazing projects with 10 years in the GCC region.
  • Proven record in estimation, execution, and P&L management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • GCC driving license is an advantage.
