Responsible for enhancing product listings and optimizing e-commerce content to drive user engagement and conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

· Evaluate and enhance product listings on the website and app.

· Conduct competitive pricing research and provide actionable recommendations.

· Upload new products and promotional materials, including descriptions and SEO metadata.

· Audit existing product information for accuracy.

· Manage cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize basket value.

· Maintain high-quality brand imagery across the platform.

· Optimize content to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

· Identify and resolve product-related issues, such as missing or incorrect information.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· Female candidates only.

· Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

· Strong familiarity with local culture and consumer preferences.

· Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.

· Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and SEO principles is a plus.

Skills

· High attention to detail and creativity in content development.

· Strong coordination and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
