Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Coordinator role based in Manama. The role involves managing day-to-day HR tasks such as employee relations, benefits administration, and implementation of HR policies. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing support for employee-related inquiries and concerns. The position requires coordination with various departments to ensure organizational compliance and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong abilities in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and implementation of HR Policies
  • Effective skills in Employee Relations to foster a positive workplace environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or HR environment is preferred
