  • Proactively monitor and analyze security events, identifying and responding to threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents to minimize potential damage.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networking devices, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses before they can be exploited.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with relevant teams to contain, eradicate, and recover from security breaches.
  • Implement and manage endpoint security solutions, such as antivirus, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and data loss prevention (DLP) to protect against malware and data exfiltration.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, providing recommendations for improvements to security posture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and other IT projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Possess certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles preferably in Hospitality or Real Estate
  • Demonstrated expertise in network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be able to work extended hours during critical incidents or project deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
