Join our dynamic team at a leading custom furniture company in Bahrain We're looking for a proactive and professional Executive Secretary to support our CEO and ensure smooth executive-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Organize and attend executive meetings.
  • Handle the CEO's email and confidential correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Welcome and host VIP clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Arrange travel logistics for the CEO (flights, hotels, visas, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive secretary, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
