Join our dynamic team at a leading custom furniture company in Bahrain We're looking for a proactive and professional Executive Secretary to support our CEO and ensure smooth executive-level operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Organize and attend executive meetings.
- Handle the CEO's email and confidential correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Welcome and host VIP clients, investors, and business partners.
- Follow up on delegated tasks and ongoing projects.
- Arrange travel logistics for the CEO (flights, hotels, visas, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive secretary, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
