We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic female Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages, along with strong customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages with consistency and high quality.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Apply sales techniques to promote products and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the workplace.
  • Assist in stock control and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista (coffee & tea preparation is a must).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
  • Passion for coffee, tea, and customer service.

Location: Bahrain
