We are looking for a professional and meticulous Female Room Attendant to provide exceptional cleaning and maintenance services in our luxury residential apartments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of our residents' apartments, offering them a high standard of service and creating a comfortable living environment. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and Maintain Apartments: Thoroughly clean all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas of residential apartments, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained at all times.
  • Laundry and Linen Care: Wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, ensuring they are spotless and fresh. Change bed linens and make beds to the highest standard.
  • Restock Supplies: Replenish toiletries, towels, bed linens, and any other requested items as per resident preferences or building protocols.
  • Sanitize and Disinfect: Ensure that all surfaces, including countertops, bathrooms, and floors, are properly sanitized and disinfected in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Special Requests: Address any specific needs or requests from residents (e.g., preparing extra bedding, adjusting room temperature, or handling delicate items with care).
  • Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the building manager or maintenance team, ensuring residents' living spaces are in top condition.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor the stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities, and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
  • Uphold Privacy and Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and respect for the privacy of all residents at all times.
  • Ensure Presentation: Ensure that the apartments are always presented in a pristine and welcoming manner, providing a luxurious living experience for residents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper, or in a similar role in high-end residential or hospitality settings is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Professionalism: Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times while interacting with residents.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of Cleaning Products: Familiarity with luxury cleaning products and equipment is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with residents and other team members.
  • Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with the ability to work independently.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays if needed
