A leading Real Estate Developer & Construction Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain seeks to employ a Land Surveyor Helper to assist in performing field surveys, setting up equipment, collecting data, and supporting the survey team on various construction and development projects. This role is ideal for individuals with basic knowledge of land surveying principles and a desire to grow within the field by working closely with experienced professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Land Surveyor in conducting field surveys using equipment such as total stations, GPS units, and levels.
  • Help in setting up and maintaining surveying instruments at job sites.
  • Support data collection activities, including measurements of topographic features, property boundaries, elevations, and structures.
  • Record field notes and maintain detailed logs of surveying activities.
  • Assist in transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites.
  • Follow instructions from the surveyor to mark property boundaries and construction reference points.
  • Maintain and care for surveying tools and equipment.
  • Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed during fieldwork.
  • Collaborate with survey team members, site engineers, and construction personnel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support survey and construction operations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or technical certification in surveying or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a land surveying or construction support role is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of land surveying principles and equipment usage.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and follow directions carefully.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with surveying tools and software is a plus.
