We are hiring a HR Admin to manage HR activities, administrative operations, invoice handling, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:HR Activities
- End-to-end recruitment support (job posting, screening, interview scheduling).
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Support HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and update employee database & HR files.
Administrative Work
- Handle daily office administration and coordination.
- Manage office supplies, vendor follow-ups, and facility-related tasks.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documentation.
Invoice & Documentation
- Prepare and track invoices for clients.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for timely follow-ups and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation for bills, purchase orders, and financial files.
Client Coordination
- Attend client meetings when required.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company.
- Share updates, gather feedback, and support client-related tasks.
