We're seeking a dynamic, bilingual Physical Therapist / Clinic CEO to lead our Busaiteen branch with excellence in both clinical practice and modern wellness marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional patient care and results.

• Evaluate and treat patients using advanced physiotherapy and decompression techniques.

• Manage and mentor clinical staff to maintain protocol standards.

• Coordinate case documentation, patient reports, and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to create patient education content and case stories.

• Represent the clinic in social media reels and wellness initiatives.

• Develop partnerships with health and wellness organizations.

• Report directly to the Founder on operations and growth strategies.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Bahrain (NHRA-approved or eligible).

• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Passionate about integrative wellness and patient results.

• Comfortable appearing on camera for educational or brand content.

• Organized, creative, and motivated to lead with empathy and strategy.
