JOB DESCRIPTION

* Have knowledge of GDS system and handling the system.

* Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.

* Assist clients in selecting flights, seating and special accommodations.

* Answer customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, pricing and availability

* Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

* Ensure accuracy of bookings and other related paperwork
