We're Hiring Female Bahraini Receptionist for Our Salon, Spa, and Gym

(Please note we are looking for a female Bahraini receptionist because our brand Dessange is exclusively for women and male are NOT allowed to enter the premises).

About the Role:

As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for all our valued clients across our salon, spa, and gym. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors.
  • Manage appointments and bookings efficiently for salon, spa, and gym services.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide information about our services, promotions, and membership options.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For:

  • Female candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or fitness industry.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
