· Ensure a clean environment and that designated tables are properly arranged.

· Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful manner.

· Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods.

· Deliver all food items to tables in the correct order and to the appropriate guests.

· Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
