Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Manama. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. They will also provide product knowledge to clients, manage sales contracts, and collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in the construction industry or a similar field is preferable
• Knowledge of formwork, falsework, and shoring systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
