Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Events
Team Leader
to lead teams, drive sales performance, and contribute to the growth and expansion of the company's event portfolio, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the events team to achieve targets and deliver excellence in all projects.
  • Drive sales performance by supporting the team in client acquisition, upselling, and meeting defined sales KPIs.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand the company's event portfolio, introducing new concepts and formats aligned with market demand.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all events, maintaining client satisfaction and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, share best practices, and implement improvements for team efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, and sales outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in event management, team leadership, and sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, client engagement, and portfolio development.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Supervisory skills with experience in managing and guiding team members effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
