Trader Vic's Bahrain is looking for experienced Senior Waitress. Our venue is an eclectic collection of cuisines, signature cocktails and an exotic atmosphere bedecked with authentic artefacts and trappings.

Senior Waitress

Your role as Senior Waitress is ensuring the smooth and high standard of service is delivered across their designated station of tables. In order to achieve this, Captain Waitress take a team-leader role in overlooking and working alongside the waiter/waitress. You will be responsible to:

· Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables.

· Share menu knowledge by making recommendations, if needed.

· Check and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

· Assist guests with questions and/or special requests.

· Post all transactions in the POS system precisely.

· Clean tables, complete closing duties and prepare mise-en-place.

· Follow hygiene standard and COVID-related guidelines.

· Assists in training waiting staffs.

· Make weekly and monthly inventories.

· Assists colleagues on their stations, when needed.

Minimum qualifications:

· With extensive experience in fine-dining restaurants

· Good communication skills

· Arabic is an advantage but not required

· Strong Leadership skills

· With expertise in budget and other financial aspects

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
