Key Responsibilities

  • Event Setup: Arrive before guests to set tables with linens and place settings, arrange buffets, and ensure everything is ready for the event.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about food and beverages, and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Carry large trays of hot food, serve guests, take food or drink orders, and replenish beverages as needed.
  • Table Maintenance: Remove used plates, glassware, and cutlery after each course, and replenish flatware and napkins.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in service areas and at guest tables.
  • Event Breakdown: Collect all service items after the guests depart, assist with packing equipment, and help with post-event cleaning and breakdown.
