Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manama for a Clinic Admin. The Clinic Admin will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, providing customer service, and assisting in financial management. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, managing communication with patients and staff, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and maintaining organized records
- Solid Analytical Skills and Finance management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
