. POS & System Management Install, configure, and maintain Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across outlets.

Monitor sales data synchronization and ensure accurate reporting.

Coordinate with vendors for POS upgrades or technical issues.

  • Network & Hardware Support Manage internet connectivity, routers, firewalls, and local servers.

Troubleshoot hardware issues related to computers, printers, handheld devices, tablets, etc.

Monitor uptime of music systems, guest Wi-Fi, and digital ordering tools.

  • Software & Data Management Maintain backups of sales reports, employee data, menus, and digital records.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and access control.

Support digital platforms such as reservation systems, time attendance, accounting integrations, etc.

  • CCTV & Security Systems Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and access controls.

Coordinate footage retrieval when required for security or HR matters.
