Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor located in Manama. The Student Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students on academic, career, and personal issues. Day-to-day tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, developing educational and career plans, and assisting with student issues and concerns. The role requires effective collaboration with other professionals and maintaining detailed records of student progress.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling are essential
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills are required
  • Experience in Education is highly beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Previous experience in a counseling role is a plus
