Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tyre Supervisor who can efficiently manage the tyre shop's daily operations and handle tyre sales. The ideal candidate will oversee tyre fitting, alignment, and balancing services while driving sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all tyre-related operations including fitting, balancing, alignment, rotation, and repairs.
  • Manage the tyre shop team and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle tyre sales — recommend suitable brands and types to customers based on their vehicle needs.
  • Monitor and maintain tyre inventory, stock levels, and reordering as needed.
  • Ensure proper display, pricing, and promotion of tyre products in the shop.
  • Provide quotations and prepare job estimates for customers.
  • Ensure all tyre services meet quality and safety standards.
  • Train tyre technicians on equipment usage and service best practices.
  • Communicate with workshop and management teams to coordinate workflow.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tyre service supervision or automotive workshop environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tyres, balancing, alignment, and repair procedures.
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and team leadership abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team efficiently.
