We are looking for a proactive and organized Workshop Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations, job scheduling, and Supervise technicians and get the job done on time. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, quality service, and timely delivery in a fast-paced industrial workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate job assignments, technician schedules, and workflow in the workshop.
- Track job progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain job records.
- Communicate with clients regarding service updates, timelines, and job status.
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with procedures.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables.
