About The RoleWe are in search of a skilledcollaborator with a wealth of experience, someone who exudes enthusiasm fortheir craft, demonstrates a keen focus on application performance andscalability, and employs top -tier architectural methodologies, all the while stayingabreast of cutting -edge technologies. Your role will involve constructing theseapplications and maintaining effective communication with teams overseeingvarious facets of the product's development. Responsibilities·       Write robust, highlyreusable, well -tested code.·       Project management andparticipating in the daily Scrum meetings.·       Leading the development andimplementation of Mazad digital products, including but not limited to mobileapplications, websites, integrations, etc.·       Design and implementcomplex software architectures to meet business requirements and scalabilityneeds.·       Write high -quality,efficient, and maintainable code across frontend and backend technologies.·       Provide guidance,mentorship, and code reviews to junior team members, upholding codingstandards.·       Possess proficiency infrontend and backend technologies, databases, APIs, and frameworks.·       Analyze and resolvetechnical challenges, debug issues, and propose effective solutions.·       Collaborate withcross -functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.·       Identify and addressperformance bottlenecks in applications to ensure optimal user experience.·       Implement security measuresand adhere to data protection regulations for user information safety.·       Take ownership of codebasehealth, refactor code, and improve code quality over time.·       Stay updated with industrytrends, emerging technologies, and best practices to suggest innovativesolutions.·       Participate in projectplanning, task estimation, and meet project deadlines effectively.·       Create and maintaintechnical documentation for code, architecture, and processes.·       Collaborate with QAengineers for comprehensive testing and ensure high product quality.·       Manage deploymentpipelines, monitor systems, and work with DevOps teams for smooth releases.·       Investigate and resolveproduction issues promptly to maintain system uptime. Minimum Qualifications·       Over 2 years of hands -onfull stack experience.·       Bachelor's degree incomputer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.·       Proficient in TypeScript, Javascript,NodsJS, ReactJS and React Native frameworks.·       Proficient in PostgreSQL,and familiar with at least one NoSQL DB.·       Proficient in distributedsystem design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and theunderlying design principles.·       Proficient in AWS services(EC2, Cognito, S3, Cloudfront, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS..).·       Proficient in TDD, cleanArchitecture.·       Proficient in CI/CD.·       Capable to cope withstress, and quickly learn new knowledge·       Good cross -teamcommunication skills. Preferred Qualifications·       Working experience onbackend systems with real -time transactions (WebRTC/SocketIO)·       E -commerce/Auction productsrelated experiences like bidding, direct sale, etc.·       AWS or Azure cloudcertification is a plus.·       UI/UX experience is a plus.
