Room Attendant / Laundry Attendant.

We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team as a Room Attendant/Laundry Attendant at our luxurious 5-star resort in Bahrain.

This dual-role position requires flexibility and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across both guest rooms and the in-house laundry facility.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates applying for this position must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent, verifiable experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping professional within a recognized 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment is mandatory.
• Dual Functionality: Proven ability and willingness to perform duties effectively in both the Guest Room Attendant role and the Laundry Attendant role as required by the operational schedule.
• Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Communication: Basic proficiency in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Key Responsibilities

A. As Room Attendant:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to the resort's strict 5-star standards.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared and maintained flawlessly before guest arrival.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage immediately.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.

B. As a Laundry Attendant:

• Operate commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, folders, ironers) safely and efficiently.
• Sort, wash, press, and fold all resort linens, uniforms, and guest laundry following established procedures.
• Inspect linen for stains or damage before processing and stocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the laundry facility.
