Majali Enterprises is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our legal team and support a strategic project in the smart mobility and ride-hailing sector.

We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of commercial contracts, and the willingness to grow within a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.

Position Title:

Commercial Lawyer Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze commercial agreements, including those related to the smart-transport sector.

  • Participate in legal discussions with international stakeholders.

  • Provide clear legal comments and recommendations to support contract improvements.

  • Draft formal legal responses, notes, and briefs.

  • Stay updated on Jordanian laws, especially those linked to technology and transportation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or corporate law (preferred).

  • strong command of English (written and verbal).

  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

  • Professional, reliable, and able to work collaboratively.
