Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled
Site Engineer
with experience in marine construction projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and supervising marine civil engineering works such as docks, piers, seawalls, and offshore structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations related to marine construction activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical standards.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Collaborate with design teams to address any engineering challenges during construction.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation and manage materials and equipment on site.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in marine or coastal construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of marine engineering principles, methods, and materials.
  • Experience working with piling, dredging, cofferdams, and underwater concreting is a plus.
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to marine works.
  • Ability to work under challenging site conditions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
