Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Coordinator based in Manama, Bahrain. The Banquet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing banquet events, liaising with clients to ensure requirements are met, and ensuring that events run smoothly. Key tasks include planning and coordinating event details, communicating with internal departments to manage resources, and overseeing food and beverage arrangements. The role also includes customer service responsibilities to ensure high satisfaction levels and maintaining records of event expenditures and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Sales capabilities
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations in a hospitality setting
  • Experience in Training staff and ensuring seamless event execution
  • Ability to work onsite with a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in banquet coordination, event planning, or hospitality is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
