We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Graphic Designer with strong experience in branding, editorial design, and creative concept development. The successful candidate must bring a refined design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to elevate every project through strategy-led creativity.

As a graphics designer, you will work closely with the creative, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver engaging, high-quality design that meets our clients' expectations. You should be highly creative, dedicated, and possess excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal.

Responsibilities:


• Work with cross-functional teams (branding, digital, UX/UI, and creative) to produce new ideas and design solutions for client brands, campaigns, annual reports, and marketing communications.


• Develop strong brand identities, visual systems, and editorial layouts across print and digital touchpoints.


• Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative techniques.


• Support clients by presenting ideas, resolving queries, and delivering design recommendations in a professional and timely manner.


• Translate client requirements into tailored design concepts, mood boards, and visual directions.


• Lead or participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to craft fresh, strategic ideas.


• Uphold and shape brand standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables.


• Manage project workflows, organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality output under pressure.


• Develop well-crafted visual assets, layouts, and compositions that align with client objectives.


• Review and refine design work for web, print, social media, and digital marketing collateral.


• Produce impactful work that transforms complex information into visually compelling layouts (especially for annual reports, corporate publications, and editorial systems).


• Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity, purpose, and alignment.


• Produce and oversee identity design, concept development, annual reports, editorial layouts, and supporting design systems.

Qualifications:


• 5+ years of professional design experience in branding, editorial, and digital communication.


• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related fields.


• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and productivity tools such as Office 365 or equivalent.


• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards.


• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and quick turnarounds.
